The only downside is that if you have an international plan, it doesn't work outside the US. Not sure if there's a setting that needs to be implemented, but as of right now, I have no data outside of the US.

Flagship killer returns?!

Then they tried too hard to be a flagship phone themselves and lost their way a little bit but with this phone, I think they're on the right track to claiming their title as the flagship killer. Only knock on the phone for me is the screen's brightness while you're outside in the daylight. It's very hard to see. Other than that? It's perfect.
