A perfect device for one wanting a combination "micro-computer" and mini-camera. Great for storing music, TV show episodes, and movies for later viewing while traveling. This great device is seriously impaired by the lack of accurate print documentation and YouTube videos. Critical to those new to Android and OnePlus. Trying to discover its features and making them work requires someone else's help (as in Geek Squad and OnePlus' e-mail support) or tapping around in a hit-or-miss manner. Same problem with OnePlus' "Community," which is there to supply help. Not what I would expect from such a high-end device and company.

This is the phone OnePlus has been building toward for 10 years. Top end specs, fast beautiful screen, big but balanced, and a camera experience worthy of the name Hasselblad. Sound a little over-hyped? Maybe a little. But I choose my phone for its camera, and I am satisfied with this one.

Runs really smooth, i had 50 apps open at one time and it ran as if i only had one open. The battery life is amazing, it just keeps on going.

The camera is excellent. The speed is nice too. The connection is great too. The only issue is that the Gmail APP sometimes gets frozen after the OS is updated.

Rivals the top 2 brands with a better price tag! Comparable features and functions. Some functions work even better than the high priced competitors! Looks great too! Super Fast charging. And btw it comes with a charger! Great phone for Hundreds of $$ less!

Got this as an upgrade to the ONEPLUS 11 5G. Not many changes except that the 12 adds wireless charging---which is not a priority to me but nice to have since most flagship phone models have this feature. Still loving the 22 min(from dead zero to 100% full)fast charge. Wish they made this in more colors though.

Had a terrible time at T-Mobile, best buy works with you and fast. Also more options for people like me that like flagship but not the prices. OnePlus 12 is just as good as Galaxy but saving 100s.

First time to use Android phone. very good. user friendly. reasonable price with 512GB. i hope it is a bit smaller.
