Somewhat of a hidden gem

I looked into alternatives and found the OnePlus 12. I took a chance on it and I'm glad I did. I love this phone!

Not what I thought

I'm constantly having to reconnect to the Wi-Fi. Call quality is average. The cameras are great, but that's the only real upside to this phone. The speaker quality isn't the best. Bluetooth connection is also subpar. The screen and graphics are great but the phone is not worth the investment.

Still a very good phone for the price

Nice phone overall

Based on specification this one has better navigation support than OnePlus 13. Getting it on sale was another plus. Person using the phone said Outlook seems to be loading slower than previous phone. Also the visual voice mail does not work on T-Mobile, and we had to install separate T-Mobile app and subscribe to get it. Although it seems this is a known issue for anything other than iPhone or Pixel.

Upgraded from the 7 pro and really didn't want to but not disappointed with the 12. Shipping was 1 day late but Best Buy did a good job of keeping me updated.
