I upgraded from a OnePlus 8, which I had for 4 years. Because of my great experience with the 8, I upgraded to the 12R. I truly love the OnePlus 12R that I've had for a month now. It's a great phone for a great price. I am most impressed with the battery life and the super-fast charge. I can get from 50% to 100% in under 15 minutes.

I've been enjoying the phone, it takes good quality pics, the video is pretty good and the speed of the procesor very reasonable. I am giving it 3 stars because after one week of use there was a bubble on the screen. It is very strange but I am thinking in return it to get it replace or to get a different brand. Still deciding...

You can't get a better phone for the price. It is just as quick as my galaxy 22 ultra.

Great phone for the price.We have good luck purchasing @ best buy for all of phone needs ,the staff and the selections are spectacular! If you need a phone ,we stand by Best Buy 100% .i also recommend purchasing insurance because phones are expensive these day's and its piece of mind.

MY PHONE IS CRAZY GOOD, HOWEVER THE SALES PERSON TRICKED ME BUY USING MY PURCHASE TO ENROLL ME FOR A MEMBERSHIP THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR OR NEED. IT ALSO COST ME $50.00 FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND STATED NUMERIOUS TIMES THAT I WOULD GET MY $50.00 BACK IN 2 DAYS.(A LIE). THIS EMPLOYEE LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH FOR PURCHASING ITEMS THERE. I DONT KNOW IF THEY HAVE A CERTAIN QUATA THEY HAVE TO MAKE DAILY, HOWEVER MY $600.00 PHONE TURNED INTO $700.00. I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE THE NEXT WEEK TO CANCEL THAT MEMBERSHIP THAT I DIDN'T NEED AND GET MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME. SO YOU WANT TO KNOW IF I WOULD REFER SOMEONE TO BEST BUY, POSITIVELY NO!

Good phone at a good price. Fast processor. Great battery life.

it was an open-box item. However, the package did not include a charger for the phone. the charging cable provided showed signs of wear and cracks in the connectors.

Oneplus knocked this one out the park. Very fluid,phenomenal charging speeds that you dont see in tje major flagship brands. Must buy

The best phone better than iPhones, a better camera, better screen

This is a very nice phone, runs very well, only problem is Verizon, apparently it has the wrong code for Verizon voicemail. Verizon can't fix and I don't know if OnePlus even knows.

Great battery life and the speed of the interface is great. Highly recommend it. The one negative it's not compatible with boost network sim cards for some odd reason. Boost service is not great anyways so a blessing in disguised.

The fingerprint sensor is horrible, very poor precision, also the curved part of the screen causes accesses or applications to be activated accidentally with the inside of the hands, the camera is good but you need to learn how to use it.

Great phone with great features. Comparable to any top flagship smartphone. Also best buy costumer service is great. Order it online a Friday afternoon and got it delivered on Sunday morning. Amazing service.
