Camera is beyond bad looks like it belongs in a $50 phone from 2008, other that a very great phone

I like the color of the phone but the display is not top notch and performance is not too good but its alright

After 1 year I have to get a new phone the screen is messed up and no warranty

the back of the phone shatters very easy. I shattered my phone just trying to take a phone case off (SMH) I only had the phone one day

Not impressed, will not install updates. Looks great, little slippery in the hand. Customer service/support no help if you can get through.

Google search One Plus customer service and warranty claim. You will see countless dissatisfied customers who One Plus has failed in terms of customer service. They have a F Better Business Bureau rating. I sent my One Plus 12 phone for repair while it was still under factory warranty. They refused to repair it and honor the warranty. One Plus cost me $825.

Phone cant properly update and its a pain in the butt to find a good case for it

NFC does not work so no tap pay. Newer model is much faster

I don't know why I buy anything from this place. They have such a terrible Business model. I could have bought the same item at Amazon with much better customer service and no penalty fee for patronizing them. The STUPIDEST THING EVER IS FOR A BUSINESS TO PENALIZE YOU FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT. THIS PLACE CHARGES YOI A RESTOCKINH FEE FOR SELLING YOU SOME CRAP ITEM THAT TURNED OUT TO BE INFERIOR TO WHAT THEY PRESENTED TO YOU AT THE TOME OF PURCHASE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AMAZON WILL ALLOW YOU TI RETURN AND WONT PENALIZE YOU FOR IT.

This phone is amazing, tons of storage, great front-facing camera and main back camera, incredible battery life, etc.! I mean it seriously! I have had this phone for about 10 months now and don't have much to complain about. The battery though I can't stress enough is god-tier. It is made to last throughout the day and if you're a heavy phone user like myself it's nice not being hooked up to a cord 24/7. Even when you need to charge, it takes max 30 minutes top to get to 0% to 100%. Nice looking phone cases and extra screen protectors are quite hard to find as the phone screen is curved but I just stick on a bulky poetic phone case that has a built in screen protector and just try to double up on protection and call it a day. I have dropped this phone A TON like A TON I am not kidding and the pre-installed screen protector it has already has survived. I do have a tiny scratch where it punctured through the screen protector when my phone fell on some rocks but minimal damage was done as that was before I had a case so lesson learned.

Something is wrong with this phone. It's has pre installed apps I didn't put on here idk if it was intercepted on way to my house but yea something wrong

I ordered OnePlus 12R 12/256 open box excellent condition for my wife. I receivedonly a phone and a aftermarket cord without a charging unit and original box. Refusal on the same day and an attempt to return through the store. They didn't believe me that it came in such a set and had to be returned. I have been waiting for 5 days - there is no refund. I am very fascinated by the service

Outstanding performance and value. It's my 4th OnePlus phone so it's no surprise but once again, I am pleased with the upgrade from my OnePlus 8 Pro. Hands down its best features are the stellar screen with super bright colors, and the neverending battery life. A typical day for me used to end with 10% battery life. With the new 12R and it's 5500mah battery, I now end around 75-85%. Add a full charge from 0-100% in under 30 min and the sky's the limit. Another fantastic job OnePlus! Keep em coming! Best Buy did a great job too with ease of online purchase and same day pickup. Thanks!

I love this phone. It is so much faster and more responsive than the one it is replacing. I don't love the curved front screen as much because I have fat fingers and often find that I'm accidentally touching the edge and therefore cannot touch whatever button I am trying to actually use on the screen, but this is a minor inconvenience and a personal preference

So I have been really impressed with this phone. The battery life has been amazing and the performance has been great. Coming from an IPhone 12 I still can't get over the value for the money. I would say the only real cons to me are the curved screen and lack of available cases. Neither are by any means a deal breaker. Just hope the screen holds up well over time and hopefully more cases become available with time. Overall no regrets. Would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence.

Through the years I have heard stories that the CEO of OnePlus used to work for Samsung and when he left Samsung and started OnePlus, he said his goal was to develop a phone that was just as good as or even better than the Samsung and have it be cheaper. It seems as if his mission has been accomplished!

Great phone. Mid ranger with flagship specs. Love the mid ranger price. You can't go wrong with this. I'm using it on T-Mobile Network and no complains.
