Great phone I had a 1plus 12 before and wasn't expecting this phone to be as good. After 3 months Iv discovered it's just as good and better in some areas for way less money.

Love one plus brand, would recommend who are sick of a Apple or Samsung

Smooth OS, great battery, fast charging and good battery set (mostly de main). Basically, a perfect phone under $400 if you could get it at that price.

All is good as Initially the phone was marketed as New Phone, after making the payment I had to go and pickup the next day where it was determined that the item is an open box and reduced the price.

This is my third OnePlus phone and I'm so happy best buy is providing access to such a great product. Their website let me find the phone I wanted at a price I could manage.

This phone seemed promising, it had all the basic features you need with a nice sleek design. The battery life is great, lasting all day with heavy app use. However, I have only had this phone 2 weeks and the last week it has been constantly freezing and restarting. I've checked for all kinds of updates, and checked my storage and settings, nothing seems to be wrong, but the phone has become unusable at this point.
