Great phone, it's a premium flagship with a great display, camera, and battery life. I only have to charge every 2 days if I'm not heavily using it and the fast charge works great. I'm happy I chose this over the other brand's flagships and my wife wants one to replace her Pixel.

The OnePlus 13 is definitely a device that lives up to the reviews. Its smooth and handles anything you throw at it with ease. The camera quality is also pretty awesome. I didn't realize how much I appreciate having a zoom lense. If you're looking for a high end device this is definitely one to consider!

Don't believe the hype. This phone has three positive qualities: Battery life Charging speed Lightweight The cons are everything else: Trash speakers (they get loud, but sound horrendous). Trash camera (every picture is slightly blurred and with no sharpness. It leaves out fine details). The screen displays colors poorly no matter what adjustments you make. While playing games there are stutters, like the screen refresh rate doesn't know what to settle on. There is a severe lack of accessories from reputable companies for this phone. The vegan leather back looks nothing like the photos and instead is sun-bleached dull blue color than feels like brittle paper. If this phone cost $600, then some of these issues could be overlooked, but at $999 you should definitely look elsewhere. I honestly have no idea why others are rating this phone so high

Great phone for the money! Haven't come across anything I don't like about it yet. Have had it 2 weeks only. Actually got this phone only because of some connectivity problems with my Pixel 9 ProXL and tired of missing phone calls.

So far so good. It was a gift, so I'm not using it, but for now she says the product is as it's describes, fast, lightweight good camera. As it comes, i'll return and I'll renew My opinion. About BESTBUY, everything was perfect. I had to change the pickup person, I did through costumer service chat and it worked. Perfect presentation, no bad comments about the platform and the service, five stars.
