Very good on Verizon

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is great, but there are well documented screen issues, enough that in India they offer 180 days return policy, yet in the United States you have 15 days. the support is horrible. It it starts with their support website loaded with drop-down windows multiple choices then they send you a code but the code is only good for 60 seconds so if you get one of the drop-down boxes wrong you are stuck in a loop. Once you get a hold of them with each email they send a different agent to you. I have a problem with my screen their answer is to give me a $10 coupon to use on their website. I wish I had to pay attention before I go just need this phone I should have gone with the Samsung.

Bad GPS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it directly from oneplus.com. generally speaking it's an average mid-range phone however with high range price. What bothers me the most is poor working GPS. Times and again it loses location and gives me wrong directions. No calibration helps. I can't remember having a phone with such bad GPS as this one. In the age of GPS navigators I think it's important feature which can put you into a road trouble.
