I love this phone it's the best phone I've owned. It's very fast and has so much space and the speaker is loud and crisp

Excellent phone. I have had this phone for 2 weeks and I have 0 bad things to say. Can't beat the specs for the pricem. It actually feels like this company cares about their products and customers and doesn't inflate the cost because of a name. Unless something drastically changes, I plan on keeping this phone for years to come. I suppose if I had to name 1 issue, it would be the camera seems just ok but I'm not a camera guy so that doesn't matter to me.

My calls kept being dropped or were not connected which was very frustrating and a major reason why I returned the phone. The camera took some really great pictures and the warp charging was a big plus eventhough the wall connector was big and bulky (not traveling friendly).

Bought it for one of my relatives and met our expectation 100%. We all liked it.

Had phone for two years before upgrading to the One Plus 11. Fantastic phone.

I bought this thinking it's a good Quality. My Mobile data suddenly stop working so I have been calling my sell service provider to resolve the issues.. 3 months later still doesn't resolve and I made my research.. a lot of Oneplus user did have the same problem so i did all the basic trouble shooting and nothing resolve... I removed the sim card and put it back to my 8 years old phone and Data Connection works.. therefore it's the unit having problem so o called oneplus costumer service and did the trouble shooting. And nothing happened. They told me to do the deep recovery and I did and nothing happened and UNFORTUNATELY something wrong with my backup and I LOST all my Files!!! I been waiting for them to try to resolve remotely and provided the informations needed before they proceed including the proof of Purchase. I did send them a copy of proof of purchase from Bestbuy but they keep asking me a proof of purchase?. What else can i send?????

Great phone, after 4 years of use still feels like brand new.

Purchased this phone for my wife because she needed a dual sim phone for her job. The phone has performed flawlessly unlike the Samsung Galaxy Note that she had and it get's better signal all over and has not let her down. She is still talking about how great the phone is...Great job OnePlus!

This phone is awesome..if you're looking to get away from major brands who fill your hardware with unnecessary software and slow it down via update one plus smokes the competition I went from using a Galaxy S10 plus to this phone and this phone feels way more premium it doesn't have the curved screen which I'm a huge fan of since my last two phones did and broke because of that feature I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm now a OnePlus fan and will probably stick with that brand for a while as long as they keep putting out affordable flagship phones

Great phone for the money, fast and tons of storage.

The hardware is great, better wireless antennas and connection! But Android 11 with Oxygen 11 skin is more restrictive than the Oxygen 10 on the OnePlus 6 this phone replaced! There is no reason for Google assistance to be activate with a swipe from the bottom, to this can be done verbally. This was the Back gesture we've been using for years. We now have to swipe from the left or right edge of the screen to go back. Also Shelf has been optioned to a choice of wipe from any part of the screen to activate it or the notification menu! Please give us back these features!
