With 5G expected it to be faster but it's behaving like an improved version of One plus 7. Not satisfied

The clerks at the Ft. Collins store do not know what they are doing. We had to return this phone at the Grand Junction store because the Ft. Collins people halfway connected this phone to my account and just stopped in the middle, locking the phone out so it could not be activated on my account!

I had the same experience as another customer. Should have paid attention to the reviews section more closely. I ordered the Oneplus 8T listed as "open box excellent. The phone does looks brand new but it doesnt "include all original parts/accessories" and didn't have "original packing". I don't care about the packaging but I received an Apple 20 watt charger and a random cable instead of the 65 watt charger and red cable that was supposed to come with the phone. Of course the phone takes forever to charge. Also, in store nobody knew what order I was talking about even after I showed the receipt.

The camera is really bad. I had the one plus 7 and it had a better camera than the 8t!! And this phone overheats a lot. I cannot even play games for 5 minutes.

I got my OnePlus 8T when it first came out at $529.99. A fast phone and fast charging. I have seen iPhones go for twice the price and still can't out shoot my 8T with 48 mega pixel camera no joke. I don't need wireless charging gimmick. Face unlock is great and finger print under screen is fast. 12GB Ram and 256 SSD fast as heck phone and with Android 11, Samsung can't touch it with their bloat wares. This is a better phone than a Pixel as well as they are limited with onboard storage.

This is absolutely the worst phone I've ever bought. Stay away. I've had to wipe this phone 3 times already just to get it out of constant Android boot loop. Even when it does works it locks up and constantly freezes through out the day. Apps constantly crashing and closing. What a joke and waste of money...

Operating system is so full of bugs. Would not recommend buying any recent OnePlus. The brand is not what it used to be. I'll be going back to Samsung when I replace this phone. Just bad. The Never Settle slogan is a bad joke.

The phone itself I liked a lot, it has lot of power, charging, display, except when I got the open-box phone none of my sim cards were getting detected, sad I had to return but they charge restocking fee for the faulty phone as well. Not a recommended shopping experience from BB.

This phone is not worth the money, buy some other type phone, only lasted 5 months

Junk. Had an awesome one plus 7 but battery started to go. Camera is terrible in comparison and charging is completely impossible unless you use the massive charger that comes with it that won't fit in a pocket. That charger also has a Google style annoying USB c to USB c cable so you can't use it with a charger from another country.

Not happy with video quality shared on WhatsApp. after sharing video quality was so poor.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned and I had a lot. You can not talk with it on your ear because it calls other people or hangs up it's only good to use on speaker and I would never buy anything like it again it's not worth it at all

Phone is ok. Have has a connection issue. It pops and cracks when you are on phone

Amazing and very good phone! It's fast and no lags on games! Best to use for 5v5 like Mobile legends etc. I think it's a match to what Apple and Samsung's flagship phone! The camera is terrific as well! Try it guys u will like it!

Monster phone for the money. Performance, camera, it's really nice.

Well this phone is all about your needs..ie dual sim with nice screen for tv and gaming etc. Well priced for a one wage pocket. Awesome for second sim when visiting Europe. Got used to the non wired earbuds so going great !

OnePlus offers excellent performance and price competitive. 8T model has all the features and functionality for dual sim, and 4g carrier bands for worldwide operation for the traveler.

Does what I need. Has good reception out here in a fringe area. Not much larger than my old phone so it still fits in my pockets the same way.
