What a gorgeous phone, and feels good in the hand, too. Just one problem. I still haven't figured out how to navigate from one function to the other. With a crowded screen, it's still impossible to figure out vmail, texts, and all the rest. It's arrogant of One Plus to assume no instructional booklet is needed. That's too bad because, as I said, it's a beautiful phone (especially in "dark mode).

Second one we've purchased (mine first, wife's today). It has been the best phone I've had to date. Extremely fast, zero issues, and constantly complimented on call and video quality on calls.

PHONE ITSELF IS FLAWLESS AND WORK BEAUTIFUL IT IS AN OPEN BOX MODEL I DID GIVE IT FIVE STARS I LOVE THIS PHONE BUT WHAT I'M A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IS IT DID NOT EVEN COME WITH THE CHARGER I UNDERSTAND IT'S OPEN BOX BUT I BOUGHT OPEN BOX ITEMS BEFORE THROUGH BEST BUY AND IT CAME WITH EVERYTHING THE WAY YOU WOULD BUY BRAND NEW SO I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DID NOT PUT THE CHARGER IN I'M A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THAT BECAUSE LATELY OR THE LAST FEW YEARS I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM BEST BUY AND I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE PHONE IS BEAUTIFUL

7 pro was there best phone period. Had the 8, 8T. Got this on sale . Love the color, but charging port is very sharp. Finger print reader is so low..the camers shutter speed is bad.pictures are great but not what i expected... the os this bew oxygen is horrible. Its just nothing like my 7 pro experience

The phone is great except for the battery draining, not even enough for a day, I am not a heavy user even.

Upgraded from the 7t pro and it feels like a polished version of it. It's extremely clean and feels nice to use. If i had to rate it out of 10, id give it a 1+9. Thats a stolen joke but it works

I really don't have anything negative to say about the phone. It works great out of the box. The camera is really good for a camera phone. Looks great and feels great to hold.

I love it, I was looking for a phone with nice camara and video, this is definitely a good choice, the navigation through the phone is also good, I recommend this phone

love the speed and screen. I've had this phone for a few months now. No issues at all. Battery life could be a little better, but fast charging takes care of that.

This is an outstanding Android Phone. Absolutely beautiful screen and OnePlus has finally stepped up it camera to the level of other flagship phones.

Amazing phone. Came from an S20 Ultra, this is my first OnePlus and I don't think I'll ever be going back. Thrilled with every aspect of this phone.

Great camera and well built. Im liking my new device so far.

Gaming on this phone is smooth and responsive. The 120HZ screen is crystal clear, and the Oxygen overlay really makes Andriod 11 shine.

What a disappointment, so much buzz for this camera and even after all the updates still not working properly… front camera can’t even record in 4K, overheating issues, battery draining a lot …

This phone is great by far the best phone I've ever personally used better then any Samsung or iphone I will be using OnePlus from this day forward

This is a great phone, and the battery life is really nice. Also, You get all the updates faster than Samsung.

I really wanted to like this phone, I just really had some serious issues. Thank heaven for Best Buy and a decent return policy. Here are some off my issues. Porting over my information from my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+) was just not good. I do get that is an issue between different phone types of but it shouldn't be so hard to get everything over (I tried multiple methods, some better than others, but all really, really sub par). That I could manage, even though I wasn't happy about entering on everything manually. The bigger issue here is the battery life. I could have it fully charged, and with normal use it would be almost drained in under 2 hours. Not even close to acceptable on a brand new phone that retails over 1000$. After a few very frustrating days I had to return the phone. I'm hoping I just had a faulty phone, and others can enjoy this device. Guess I'm stuck looking into the Samsung newer Samsung models.
