Great phone, poor Best buy service

The phone is amazing I love it coming from a OnePlus 6 but this was a horrid experience.

My first 1+ Phone

The downside is after putting the phone case on it covers the top sensor keeping it on "pocket mode" which is nice in a way that keeps me from phantom calling/texting friends/family. lol
