The phone is pretty good, although expect it to slip and slide all over without a case. The cameras on the back jut out like most newer phones, so you'll need to be cautious about this unless you want scratched up lenses. For screen protection, go with EGV. For cases, get whatever elevates the phone a bit so you don't have to worry about the lenses.

Nice phone Easy to See, easy to use...............

After both using the 6T for a couple of years with relatively few issues, I was looking for a new phone for my wife and figured I'd get her this one. It is terrible. The battery life is abysmal. It will randomly shut off when she's in the middle of doing something, even with 70% battery life. It charges very quickly when it works, but even with the little charge icon, she'll come back 30 minutes later and it will still be dead. Not sure if we just got a bad one, but this thing was not worth the money. It's out of the return window, so I'm not sure if it's something I can address with oneplus or not. I tried to leave a review on their site, but I have not yet figured out how because I did not purchase from the oneplus store. If you do buy this phone, be aware that you'll have to charge it constantly. You probably won't make it through an 8 hour workday. I can only hope they check the reviews here and reach out to me.

OnePlus hasn't been as innovative as they used to be but they still make a great Android phone. Battery life isn't great, but it has the best screen I've ever seen. Overall good more or less budget phone.

Could have been great but kept having overheating issues when gaming with my device. If you don't game on your phone this device is great.

This might be the best Android experience on the market right now. It's not the best camera but it is not too far away either. But I believe almost every other category this phone is either top or tied for top echelon.

Not satisfied with the phone performance because of the following issues. 1. It shows Pocket mode is active even after removing from the Pocket (Sensor is not blocked by my fingers or anything). Because if that, it is not allowing me to operate the phone. 2. Sometimes display will not turn on (Just blank) when I double tap the screen to unblock the phone. 3. The processing time for clicking an wide angle photos is more than 3 second. It is frustrating. 4. Sometimes I get blurry images from Wide angle clicks.

The phone is perfect, but my experience with BestBuy Open Box Satisfactory (which means "Any signs of use will not impact performance") was terrible, the phone has had 91% of battery life (the previous owner used it for 9 months), and I don't know how they test them before selling, I'm happy that I could return it without any problem, I've ordered the same but the new one, the price difference was about 120$

always liked OnePlus but the 9 Pro 5G has some software issues that made it feel more like a midrange phone and not worth the price

I have always been a fan of Samsung phones, but decided to switch to a Oneplus device. I have not been disappointed thus far, and actually think this is the best phone I've had the pleasure of using. The warp-charge feature is very nice as well.

What a great phone. The OnePlus - 9 Pro 5G is a very nice phone. I had other types of phone and needed an upgrade. I went with the 5G phone and it is much faster if you are in those zones.

It was open box but there is little scratches on this phone. But I think they could sell it more lower price.

I have been a One Plus customer since I first purchased the OnePlus 6 several years ago. I have never regretted my first and subsequent purchases. One Plus forever.

I love this phone! I upgraded from a LG V40 thinq. So far I am really enjoying this new phone. I had a good experience working with Best Buy to make the purchase...fast shipping and helpful tech and sales personnel.

This phone is sleek, powerful, and very capable. It checks all the right boxes for an Android phone and does so a greater value than its nearest premium Android competitor. I'm very pleased with my OnePlus 9 Pro.

horrible phone, worst phone ive ever owned. bugs all over this device since day one. now my phone just goes blank out of no where and i have to constatly plug it in and hold the power button or a combo of power volume u and down. so basically if theres ever an emergency this phone isnt going to work. wont even turn on yet still vibrates. i want a refund ive only had this for 3 months and on day one there was issues. i got geek squad protection plan but whats the point it wont fix anything because the phone just does this randomly and out of no where.
