Love love love can't express how much i enjoy this phone! Bought it to use on T-Mobile, but cancelled them. Can't be used on AT&T 5g, but put my Verizon SIM in, add with a call to Verizon, boom, everything works perfectly!

It’s a great phone but the camera is not there at all. I guess probably I use with the pixel 5 camera. Other than that I love everything about it

Love the look, feel, and functionality, though it does glitch on occasion. I've had to hard reboot a couple times (power+vol up)

Not a bad phone. I think the camera could be a little bit better for what you’re paying. Alert slider on something other than iPhone is awesome

The phone was in perfect condition. No signs of being used. The only thing is it did not come with the 65 watt charger. It did come with a One Plus charger but not the 65 watt.

Best phone I’ve ever owned. I have an iPhone for my daily use phone, but this phone could easily take its place if it weren’t for FaceTime. The fast charge (0%-100% in less than 30 min) is amazing

Day 1 and the phone is overheating. I had the OnePlus 8 Pro it also had overheating issues, OnePlus promised OTA updates that would resolve and or help with the overheating issues. This 9 Pro has the same issues! So, I went online an there are people all over the world reporting the same overheating issues with their 9 Pro devices also. Also, this is a Single SIM device, be aware of that if you're use to your OnePlus having a dual SIM. I tried to upload a photo to the Best Buy app but the app wouldn't let me upload any images for some reason.

Been a One Plus fan since the first phone with the sandpaper style back. Great value mixed with amazing specs makes this a buy for me every year when the new revisions come out.

Bought this phone as an early Christmas gift to my niece in the Philippines… it’s unlocked and working great. She’s really happy.

Happy with my choice. There is no QR code reader but I downloaded one from Play Store. OnePlus can update the software and have it embedded.

It's a phone. It does everything "ok" (relative to everything else on the market). It's expensive. Value is meh.

Absolutely love this phone. But the best part of my experience was the help and assistance I got from Carl. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

It overheats and loses gps connection in the car. It will not link at all to a Mazda through Android Auto. I reset the phone and went through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Slow to get updates, stick with a Pixel or Samsung instead. Decent cameras.

Loved the phone I just wish I could have kept it, I have att and it doesn't support the 5g network

I hated everything about this phone. It single handedly made me ditch Android after 14 years and switch to Apple. For the price you’re not going to get the bells and whistles that other phones in this price class offer. No AR stuff, no Directors mode, the most barebones editing app imaginable. Nothing at all. The Hasselblad colab is a gimmick, and their “color science “ can only be used in Pro mode. The camera has great specs but the software is abysmal. There’s up to a one second shutter lag, this is a common problem with OnePlus devices going back to the 5 series. I’m confident this will not be fixed. If you’re taking pictures of fast moving subjects like kids or pets, this phone is not for you. Like most Android devices, OnePlus isn’t the most reliable when it comes to long term support.

Like its camera. I would give it 4.5 star if possible, as it is kind of heavy comparing to my one plus 6.

Short and sweet.... I've owned the pixel 6 pro, note 20 ultra, and galaxy zfold 3. This phone is much smoother user experience than all of them

This phone is an awesome and giant upgrade from my old LG V20. Now I have to convince my wife to ditch her Samsung S9

This is a good phone with a good camera. At the price of over $1,000 you expect greatness and the phone just doesn't quite deliver that. I really like the Oxygen OS interface and all the customization options that are available. It's a shame that the camera and calling features don't quite make it a great value.

This is a very nice phone, price is excellent. Haven't had it very long, quite satisfied. Only negative is no sd card spot.
