    Comes out swinging with excellent hardware specifications, but falls short in long term software support. Android 12 took a long time to come to this device, and still suffers from bugs and stability issues.

    Going from Samsung to OnePlus not exactly an upgrade. Too many software glitches. Not as bad as iPhone but close sometimes. 3 months in and the screen completely blacked out. Can't back up phone and can't use. Had to go to my 4 year old Samsung which works fine.

    missing esim functionality, very slippery w/o a case, and an issue with the close-all functionality. this is the 3rd one plus i have and probably the last one.
