Best Buy mislabeled product

It was delivered, but without the case and charging cable. It's only $20-$30 in parts, but the phone should not have been sold as "excellent" condition. The installed glass protection also has deep creases, like indentations made in carpeting.

It was definitely not up to par with open box standard.

NOT WATER RESISTANT

Touted as water resistant and IP68, well i dropped it in the sink for 3 seconds and it completely died within an hour. Warranty doesnt cover it, unless you purchase separate protection for water damge.

Bought an Unlocked Phone but T-Mobile says Locked

I bought the phone unlocked from Best Buy and T-Mobile says it is locked so it can't be activated. Best Buy customer service will not help me get it activated.

It's unfortunate that although it's advertised as unlocked... It's really not. I shouldn't have to PAY for this phone to be unlocked #fail
