Super fast 12GB of RAM and 256 GB memory. Takes great pictures and has a very nice zoom. Charges really quick too. Only thing I miss is the auxiliary Jack, other than that this phone has exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the buy.

Loved this phone. All the features, the quickness, reception, accuracy, sensitivity, security, all of it!
Camera was good, not great. But it did have a lot of features that were fun and useful.
Battery life was phenomenal.
I upgraded to the 10 pro when it released and have regretted it every since.

Our whole family uses One Plus. It's a good quality phone. It's going to be 2 years now I am using this phone. I dropped it a few times. Screen cracked, but still working. Not nice to look at, but it works.

Switched from a Google phone to this One Plus 9 Pro. It is very fast and love all the personalization options that other brands don't have. I have had issues with connecting to wifi and Bluetooth. I'm not sure why it suddenly stopped connecting with Bluetooth to my car and the support doesn't offer any help other than resetting and I don't want to do that so that's why it's not a 5 star. The camera is absolutely awesome. Battery life has been excellent and the warp charger is fast. Not a high tech person here so I can't review all the "technical" aspects of the phone. Overall I am very happy with this phone and would purchase again.

It has lasted for awhile now through some heavy use. It's a great phone, fast and nice for gaming. Never had trouble with call signal or quality, just a solid phone for the cost.

So I really got this phone because it was the only phone I could pick up in store the same day. With that being said... Coming from Samsung this phone leaves a lot to be desired. Certain things annoy me like the alarm, you can't add extra time to the snooze. So you want to come back in 15min but you have the snooze setting for 5min, you'll have to hit snooze 3 times. Another annoying thing is the physical switch for ring, vibrate, and silent and then if you accidentally press the power and up volume trying to screenshot it put the phone in vibrate mode then you have to toggle the switch back into ring mode. Also the quick drop down menu is for only turning on or off the functions, so to change settings you have to actually go the settings apps and choose for instance your wifi network or bluetooth device if you have many. Battery life is good with the battery saver mode on. The warp charger is fantastic for extremely fast charging. When I use certain apps the bottom of the screen gets jittery like I'm moving it up and down but I'm not doing anything so that also very annoying. Also would be good to have a secure folder built into the OS instead of having to using another app and the hidden photos feature is usually since it doesn't require a passcode and other apps still access the photos you hide away. I do actually love the camera though. The 8K video is phenomenal. Also there is a lack of good protective cases for what would be a flagship phone.

I love this phone. I'm coming from a Samsung Note 9. It is fast. Gets a great signal. And takes pretty good pics. The front camera is not as good. I might be converted over for good. Charges very fast and battery life is all day.

Best value for money Android phone on the market by far. It's not as good as the Pixel or Galaxy, but for price it can't be beaten. The screen size is perfect as well. Just a great all around phone

The software on this was atrocious. I gave this 2 stars because it’s a one plus phone and im familiar with their tweaked version of Android and I like some of their features. But this was such a buggy experience. First, the 120 hz doesn’t go from 1 hz - 120 hz as advertised. In fact it’s never went below 60 hz. And it’s only been either 60 or 120 hz. And there are still common apps that won’t work with the 120 hz on this phone. It’s definitely a one plus issue because the same apps are optimized on Samsung phones. Also the display seems a little unresponsive at times. Doesn’t feel like a 360 hz touch sampling rate. Basically somethings off with the screen (at least it was on my unit). The YouTube Picture in Picture animation is very choppy because YouTube is one of the common apps that only runs in 60 hz. So it makes the whole phone glitch when you try to use pip and the phone has to drop from 120 to 60 hz. The screen looks good though if nothing else. The phone feels amazing in the hand and very well balanced. Battery was decent. Charging was very fast. Speakers were surprisingly good. The camera was good enough for me although I don’t really care too much about that. I want a smooth and glitch free experience. I wanted to like this phone but it feels half baked and I don’t trust one plus to maintain the software and fix the little glitches that added up to make this a not so great experience.

When LG pulled the plug on their smartphone business I started looking for a replacement brand. I tried Motorola and Nokia but once i sampled a OnePlus 7 Pro i was hooked. The 7 pro phone was flawless until my carrier ended support for it. I decided to upgrade to a 9 Pro which honestly is a slightly faster 7pro with a slightly better camera. Value wise the 7pro was a lot cheaper and 90% as good. Oneplus have great phones, but they are starting to get pricey.

Good phone with not so good software. The display is gorgeous and so is the other hardware aspects of the phone like the build quality and feel.
The software and the camera however, is a different story. You've probably heard about the mish mash of OxygenOS and ColorOS already, so I'll save you that. If you're into rooting and installing a custom ROM, this might be the perfect phone also maybe the last OP phone to let you do that?

This model basically fell in my lap while looking for a reliable phone designed to last & get updates for years to come, also as a power user. Haven't connected it yet. If you like to research & review phones, you'll find the OnePlus 9 PRO to be a better buy then the OnePlus 10 PRO since nearly the same & 9 PRO has double the storage & 12 Gigs of RAM vs 8 in the 10 PRO. It also may still be available on the same price as the holiday sales & may still be available at Best Buy where it was cheaper except for missing out $50 cheaper directly from OnePlus online.

very happy with the purchase. I've been using the phone for 3 years now. I don't have any problems with the phone. works great! I am very pleased with the design of the phone and the operating system. This is already my second One plus phone. If I change my phone, I will only buy the same brand

The oneplus 9pro is a great phone but has limitations. The curved display sides are quite steep, the phone is slippery and quite big.
that's where my criticism ends. The 9Pro is a slick phone with a clean(ish) version of android, great display (although I wished forced 120hz all the time was a thing).
The cameras are decent in my opinion not the eye-searing saturation of Samsung, or the overall sharpness of pixels, but decent. overall a good phone at a good price.

This phone is great. Very comparable to Samsung devices as far as quality. The user interface is very intuitive and simple. The camera is fantastic. There are a bunch of great settings for gaming as well. The best part though is the charging. This thing can go from 30% charge to 100% in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this phone. Especially for the price
