Does tend to slow down just a bit if you have lots of apps open in the background. Does what I needed it to do and its reasonably priced. Mostly use for Instagram/YouTube/picture editing. Camera could definitely be better. Battery life has been great and it fast chargers.

But the Nord N20 has a high quality appearance, biometrics, fast charging, bright screen and the OnePlus user interface. It is absolutely usable for normal tasks. If you're a gamer or need tons of space for videos, maybe look elsewhere, bit for a huge segment of the population, there is no reason to spend more.

I believe it was a software issue as the phone had no physical or water damage
