Great features and specs for a reasonable price. I wanted a phone that utilized T-Mobile’s 5G network, and this was the best value by far to achieve that ability. The only hangup I had was that, after a few days, my calls were going straight to voicemail without ringing, and I could not figure out why. After a Google search of others having the same issue, I followed their advice to reset all apps in the settings menu, and the issue cleared up.
I have seen reviewers post some criticisms of the phone by comparing it to flagship models from other manufacturers. If you want $1,000 performance, then spend it. Don’t expect a mid $200 phone to have the specs of one that costs a grand. Again, for the price it is an excellent buy.

its excellent value for money, solid performance, long battery life, and decent camera quality, while acknowledging some minor drawbacks such as average display quality or a less premium build compared to higher-end smartphones.

Pros: Very good phone. Great standby battery life and a reasonable amount of storage. No bloatware, and what is there can be actually uninstalled. The Android 12 upgrade didn't change shortcut tiles into the new lousy bubbles and this is a BIG win. Better service on T-Mo than my Moto phones get. Camera is better than I'd read.
Cons: The aspect ratio is horrible and mobile websites lose their right-hand side off the screen in Chrome - had to enable Developer Options and up Smallest Width to 420 from factory 360px. And the button placement is horrible. All buttons need to be higher up, Volume needs to be on the right side with Power, which also needs to be higher up the phone. Screenshot needs to be in the Power Menu and in a Quick Tile, and screenshot scrolling needs to be better implemented.

I got this for my son as it is an upgrade from what he had. I actually purchased this one at the same time I purchased the OnePlus 11 5G. So far, my son is very happy with it and says it is much more faster and responsive than his last lower-tiered phone. He even likes the color and I made certain to get him a case for it as well. For the price, you really can't beat grabbing a 5G phone this less.

Very affordable and excellent cell Phone. Easily connected to Verizon, although i may be switching to TMobile soon for the 5G.
It is simple to use, has all the features of the more expensive models. Iam not a cell phone gamer, nor so I watch TV on a cell phine so I cannot comment on how it works. But for a less than $200 price tag, it performs as well as the unit I replaced (Samsung Galaxy 8). Highly receommended.

Processor might be low end, but the phone is more than powerful enough for normal day-to-day use (calls, messaging, social media, etc). Battery life is amazing - lasts me about 2 days between charges. Only downside is poor camera quality in low light. Overall, very good value from a phone at this price point.

Great phone. Do buy a case otherwise you may easily drop it. With proper case, fits perfectly in the hand. The screen quality is great and is in par with some higher end phones. The voice quality is great.
Now on the downside, the camera is not that great. You won't get great pictures with this camera. And the phone does not have wifi calling. Does not work on 5G at&t. Just 4G LTE.

I bought this phone after reading reviews and reading all questions. One answer led me to believe it could be activated on the Sprint/T-Mobile network and I assumed unlocked meant unlocked. I tried to activate the phone only to find out it is not compatible. I can't return the phone because I waited too long to activate (my fault though).Looks like the grandkids get an expensive toy to play games and listen to music. Very disappointing experience. The phone is a nice phone and I really would have loved to have used it. It has a nice display and is fast. The cameras are very impressive given that it is one of the cheapest 5G phones available.

bought the phone for my boyfriend. dropped and shattered his galaxy a51. he is on my Verizon account so it was important to find a reasonably priced unlocked phone that would work with my account. everything transferred easily and he absolutely loves the phone! likes it so much better than the a51. I think I might have to get myself one now! ordered online to pick up on store same day. no problems at all. great value and the phone is fast and reliable so far! seems like a far more expensive phone than what I actually spent..

It has great battery life. I use my phone heavily and am still at 60-70% at the end of the day. Not as fast or fancy as some flagship phones but for the price, it's a solid buy. A little big for me, but my hands are pretty small.

Working great. Easy purchase from Best Buy. Only short coming is Ram is 4GB and Storage 64 gb. Could not find 6 or 8 gb Ram and 128 GB internal memory options in the model
