Very happy with this Onkyo unit. It is getting hard to find multi cd player with random/shuffle option. Always had Sony before but too expensive now. Onkyo sounds good, plays well and the price was right.

Purchased this item a couple of weeks ago, delivers great sound and ease of use. Connection to my system was easy using an optical cord. Only downside is the item is bulky and required reworking my component placement

Works as expected, so far no problems, easy set up. Plays well. Only problem was it was a bit bigger than previous one and had to remove the door of the entertainment cabinet because it sticks out about an inch farther than cabinet allows for. But, been listening to a lot over the holidays and very happy so far.

It is getting hard to find a multi disc CD Player. This Onkyo hold 6 discs, is easy to use and sounds great. It is large, check your cabinet or shelf size. Recommended.

Onkyo makes quality products. This CD player allows you to put six disks in and random play through the songs. It is like having your own personal music station to listen to, with no commercials. The quality is excellent and it is fairly easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a disk changer!

Great sound especially for the price. Easy to set up - nice to have 6 disc capacity and option to shuffle.

Excellent 6 disc cd changer ,very well built and I can place my technique turntable on top of it.Remote makes playing an individual cd easy and controls outside are simple and easy to remember with different size rotation and drawer open/close buttons.Light helps with disc tray number.

Just purchased this CD player on 6/5/24 and set it up a few days ago. I was a bit skeptical about buying this unit due to the problems some people have had with this unit discussed in other reviews. But given that there aren't any other affordable multi-disc players out there, the next cheapest is a Yamaha unit at twice the price. I bought it but did get the 4 yr. Geek Squad plan for protection. So far it is playing CD's fine with no issues. I hooked it into my Technics rack stereo system as it replaces my 30+ year old Technics multi-disc player that had started skipping. Still hoping to find someone to repair the Technics unit to have as a backup. I tried cleaning the optical reader but that didn't fix it so it must be something electronic. My only complaint on the Onkyo unit is I logged into my account to write this review and see that Best Buy is selling the cd player for $25.00 less than what I paid for it 10 days ago!!

Back in the day, we studied all the aspects of every CD player out there. Now, there are very few dedicated CD players. I guess people use DVD players, play on their computers, or just stream. Or something. So finding a CD changer for a good price was what I was looking for. It works well, the remote is easy to use, no real complaints. The only "minor" points: 1) It's huge. But then of course if it holds 6 CD's it can't be too small. and 2) The functions on the remote are not quite as obvious as they should be. But all in all, no real complaints.

It was nice, really wanted the multi disc CD player. Our current one was eating CD's. However, the unit was a bit too deep for the shelf in our entertainment center. Had to return.

Sounds great, and is easy to use. Nice display, remote works from a good distance away. I got it on sale and the price was a no brainer. You can buy a changer with more features, bells and whistles but you will pay a lot more.

This CD player has great sound. The controls are intuitive and very easy to understand. The only thing that might be problematic is the size. So, be sure you measure where you want to put it ahead of time. It's quite large.

Very pleased with this CD player so far. Super easy to use, smooth movements (no clunking on disc changes) and sleek looking. I'd buy again.

The Onkyo - 6-disc CD Player does what it is supposed to do. Very pleased with my purchase. It arrived well packaged with no dents or dings. It was easy to set up. Directions were straight forward and it operates as needed. I did purchase the extended warranty just in case based on the small number of negative reviews. It is used rarely - but I have a lot of CDs and with the changes in iTunes I got tired of reloading all of my CDs into my iTunes account only to have them deleted - or better - "We're sorry - we don't have THIS CD in our collection, but we thought you would like this song / track that is SIMILAR." I have very eclectic tastes in music and half of my stuff isn't even in iTunes. Also - my new iMAC doesn't even have a CD / DVD slot. Grrrrrr. This purchase changed my world.

Works well with the 6 CD"s that are inserted at one time. Plays as advertised.

I purchased this unit about a month ago and I must tell you it is amazing. This cd changer has a ton of great features and a really cool display on the front of the unit. The unit was very easy to hookup and start playing my music. It fit perfectly in my audio cabinet from the early 1980's. The only piece of advice if your installing it in a cabinet make sure to measure your cabinet to make certain it will fit. I really like how clear my old CD's play and if there is something wrong with your CD the unit will not play it. Bottom line, if your looking for an affordable CD changer for a reasonable price be sure to purchase this unit at your local BestBuy store.

Good sound quality when pairing with the Sonos speaker. Really like the six disc capacity so there is no need to be changing to a new disc all the time. Good selection on features to choose how the songs are played. Did have to get a bluetooth adapter to pair it with my speakers.
