Great sound and very easy to set up. Good quality at an inexpensive price. Good unit for the casual everyday listener.

I purchased this unit about a month ago and I must tell you it is amazing. This cd changer has a ton of great features and a really cool display on the front of the unit. The unit was very easy to hookup and start playing my music. It fit perfectly in my audio cabinet from the early 1980's. The only piece of advice if your installing it in a cabinet make sure to measure your cabinet to make certain it will fit. I really like how clear my old CD's play and if there is something wrong with your CD the unit will not play it. Bottom line, if your looking for an affordable CD changer for a reasonable price be sure to purchase this unit at your local BestBuy store.

First one did not work. May have been due to careless shipping (Fed Ex). Had to return and order another at Best Buy and have it shipped to the store, instead of my home. Second Onkyo CD player has worked fine so far (about one month). Sound is good and ease of use is also quite good. Bought this on sale for $250.00. No other 6-disc player available at Best Buy.

This cd player is exactly I was hoping for. I love that it holds six discs at once and that you have the option to have one cd play one after another as well as randomize tracks from each disc in the player. The remote control works perfectly. If there was one thing I wish this model had was a sleep timer.

Love it. Ease of use, quality of sound, number of discs that can be played at one time - all great. Buy this cd player if you still use compact discs.

This multi-CD player replaces our Sony 5-disc CD player, which failed after 15+ years of extensive use by my wife, who is a music lover. This Onkyo CD player has a great price, it is easy to set-up and operate, and the quality is excellent.

This ONKYO player holds up to 6 audio cds. It also must be able to play random selections. It must also be able to connect to my GL sound bar. It should have a remote control so that I can bypass a song if I feel like it. It was the only multiple cd player at the store that was priced reasonable.

Very large and heavy, much bigger than standard stereo equipment. Sound and performance are great. Remote is easy to use.

Hard to find a Quality CD player no less a multiple disc player. Wanted to replace old Sony 5 disc unit that "wore out". Have had great results with Onkyo product in the past. Not too many multi disc players being made today as everyone is streaming music. Best Buy purchase was as always easy, delivery was quick and setting up the unit was straightfoward. Not only is the remote easy to use, it has a power button (the old Sony remote did not). But the best part is the sound! Even friends "heard" the difference from new to old player. Crisp highs, tighter bass and clearer vocals. Love this unit.

I purchased this Onkyo CD player to replace an old Sony player that was on its last legs and couldn't be happier. The sound is amazing and as an open-box purchase from my local store the price was great. It's nice to see that, even though CD technology is old, you can still buy quality equipment at a good price.

In general, it is a good multi-cd changer. Overall quality is excellent. It gets a 4-star rating because it is slow in changing CDs. When I mean slow you can literally walk out of the room and get back before the new cd is ready to play! If you want continuous play with just brief intervals between CDs, you'll have to change your expectations.

I needed to replace my old CD player and I am very pleased with this model. Easy to set up and use. The six disc feature, plus quality of sound playback are a real plus. Highly recommended for this price range.

My 5-disc CD player sadly passed away after 25 years of use - so I found this Onkyo as a replacement. It's very difficult to find a nice quality, affordable CD player these days - especially one that plays multiple discs. I do have an MP3 player, but I have a very extensive CD collection that I enjoy very much (and prefer) - and vinyl! My husband and I are both very pleased with this purchase. To those who think this system is noisy when changing CD's - please note that I have a Bose System in our family room with a 3 CD Bose attachment and it is much noisier when changing discs than the Onkyo!!!

This CD player has all the features I wanted and is built to last a long time. All the other CD players are either much too expensive as a second player - or they look more like kid's toys. I also know that I can depend on Onkyo to last a long time. One minor point: I wish it had a headphones jack.

My wife wanted a Bose Wave, but since they're no longer in productionI went with Onkyo. Simplicity was the key. We had a spare amp, so now she pushes two power buttons, then "play" on the remote. Ta da! So far, it's performed admirably.

Easy to hook up and use the remote certainly comes in handy getting harder to find a good CD carousel this is a good one.

My old CD player quit and I needed a new one. I knew I wanted a remote to be able to control the tunes. This unit fit the bill and was actually $20 cheaper in the store than listed on-line. Great price and a great CD player.

Purchased this CD player to replace my 28 yr old Kenwood. Plug and play and controls are very similar to what was on my old CD player. Old CD player held 5 CD's and this one holds 6. We have many CD's and maybe someday will convert them to files but until then this is great to load up with 6 CD's and have hours of continuous play or random play.

This 5 disc changer works perfectly and the sound is crystal clear. I was lucky and snagged this as open box.

The Onkyo CD changer has a solid, quality feel and great sound. There are not a lot of choices left for CD changers as streaming music and downloads have nearly eliminated CDs. It seems well built and has excellent sound quality, so if like me, you must have one you won't be disappointed with this model. Be aware this unit is big, if you have a smaller space in an entertainment unit this will be a tight fit, so measure carefully.
