Onkyo Quality at a Great Price

This new Onkyo has more HDMI inputs than my previous model, the setup was a breeze. Calibrated the receiver with the included microphone and all is good. Popped in one of my favorite Blu ray movies and was very impressed. HDMI sync times are faster and sound quality is top notch. Excellent receiver for an entry level system.

Good replacement

Install was straight forward and went well sound is good and worked well with my present speakers. This unit received good reviews during my research. I have had no problems with it other than learning the differences between it and my prior unit.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was $299.99 Got eventually for $199.99 I'm a Sony loyalist, but had issues with the reciever playing all of my speakers, so after reading the reviews on Onkyo, I decided to go with them instead of Sony. So far so good!!! My only disappointment is it doesn't play my outdated Sony 300 CD player... Thank goodness for the Bluetooth feature it has

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't happy at first with the sound but then got into the menu and starting trying all the different options and wow! this things is amazing. The picture quality on my TV is also improved (it's not a 4k tv). Overall it is a great sounding system and perfect for my small living room. I like that you can use different surround modes or all 5 channels for music.
