Great receiver, just not for my situation

In my home, I have two outside speakers that are wired into this receiver as all the wires come to one spot in my home. I wanted the ability to be able to be playing content inside as well as content outside. In trying to turn the outside speakers louder, the only way that this could be done is if I also turned the inside speakers louder as well. It can also be done if I switch the receiver to only play sound on the outside speakers. Because this receiver doesn't have true multiple zones for the speakers, this is not possible. I talked with best buy support as well as the best buy install guys to try and figure this out with this model, but they stated that this is not possible with this model. That being said, this is a great receiver that can push 4k at 120hz as well as 8k so if you need it for pushing your PS5 graphics, it can do that with no problem. However in my situation, I am returning and purchasing the higher model.

Can be set up to listen audio in 2 separate rooms (e.g., my living room or the yard). Bluetooth reception is a bit weak.

I haven't played any movies yet so I'll see if it works correctly after viewing a movie. That's the problem I had with the old one. It would notRe switch back easily and I had to work with it to get back to the TV programs.

Open-box steal!

I bought this item open box with extended coverage. Worth every penny and future-proofed for some time being 8k compatible.
