    I previously had an Onkyo for many years. It actually broke and Onkyo repaired it easily and quickly. After the warranty ran out it broke again. But it did work for years and had features we liked. So purchased this NR-6100. Well we actually got 2. The first worked for a couple weeks and did a firmware update and then some things stopped working. We exchanged it easily at BestBuy. The second one did the firmware update no problem. It worked for a couple weeks and we heard a loud pop. After that it displayed thermal error on the front display and stopped working. Onkyo went bankrupt and I guess quality is worse than before. Onkyo is just not working for us so we returned this receiver and purchased a different brand.

    It is not stay connected to Pandora. When you turn it on it defaults to Bluetooth, so the sound does not work until you grab the original receiver remote and turn it back to storm box.

    Meets all for my needs. I was looking for a receiver to fill out my home theater that support 4k 60HDR and this fit the bill.

    8k/60hz or 4k/120hz passthrough, future proof for your tv today and the tv of tomorrow! GREAT price too!!

    Great receiver. It did have some issues with 4k.. make sure you read how to change the 4k. It was a challenge at first

    So far so good. Replacement for an older Pioneer receiver that didn't work with eARC. Had to turn off the automatic eARC on Sony x91j.
