    First one I received in January 2023 had something rolling around inside the chassis. I didn't even plug it in for fear it could short out and catch fire. Returned in and ordered another one. Got that a week later and it was defective as well. No sound at all. It turned on and display lit up, but none of the modes or inputs produced sound. Returned it and ended up with a Denon AVR-X2700H I bought direct from Denon. Easy setup and speaker programming. Sound is spectacular. Highly recommend this Denon receiver.

    my old Onkyo receiver was over 25 years old so I naturally wanted another one just like it - and so far, so good. I am delighted with it. As to how long, time will tell. Have only had it for a few months.

    This item has already been in for service. I wish I would have got the Denon. Since there recovery, they have not been the same it seems like a cheaper version of itself.
