Best Buy was able to replace the receiver for me, but similar error with different NG fault came up again (multiple channels). Service manual states that a dealer must be contacted in the event of a NG "No Good" error is present in the system. Both receivers were set in well ventilated areas with plenty of airflow. Will be seeing if I can return it under my Best Buy Total account so I can go with another brand.

Adequate Performance but Missing Some Features

I am hoping the computers will work longer than my previous Onkyo receiver. It was hard to adjust the balance; it is missing a balance control knob. I am also not a fan of rocker switches to adjust the bass and treble; I want a knob. Last, there is a weird configuration for using banana plugs for my speakers.

Bang for Buck … but

I think they pack too much in for the price and maybe skimp on parts. I didn’t like the setup with tv it requires, I just wanted to plug n play to test out speakers. Sounds great on fm tuned, but the Bluetooth processor must be cheap. My Bluetooth volumes were about half as loud as the tuner. I mainly returned for that reason and stepped up to the Sony an1000… great choice!
