I found out Best Buy gave me the wrong model number, but it was still new and Although Bestbuy corrected the receipt, Onkyo Thought it was suspicious and wouldn’t honor the one year warranty because Best Buy gave me the receipt too quickly.

Stopped working

Very disappointed

Double and triple checked settings and new cables. Not at all happy with Onkyo and Bestbuy. Returning it tomorrow. Going to try Denon.

Onkyo surround system

I bought this receiver to replace our 2012 Onkyo TX SR 313, only because the picture pass through module went out in the old unit. Although it's a 7.2 channel, I'm only using 5.1, but at $329 on sale, It was a great deal for a trusted brand.

Found just the right receiver for my motorhome
