I have had Ooma for a few years now, and was intrigued by the new handset. I wish it and the new DP1 desk phone model worked with the older Telo, though.

My old HD2 keep dying ing the middle of calls so I replaced it with a HD3. The HD3 has better sound quality than my old HD3.

I run my own business and my cell reception is unreliable in the house. OOMA is a great solution to give me high quality coverage plus great features like 2 line calling, linking to my cell, etc. It was easy to install and so far, works as advertised.

Great sound quality. HD3 is easier to hold. Have to use new Telo for compatibility. Must go On-line to edit phonebook contacts. Ni-Metal Hydride "AA" batteries are easy to change.

I highly recommend this it's the best alternative for land-line telephones if you want to divorce telephone companies . I have the entire Ooma Telo System without any contacts with a modicum monthly fee.

No extra charge for long distance calling. Both my mom and gf have long distance numbers. Love the way I can program their picture to pop up on screen whenever they call.

This was to upgrade my Ooma handset for better connection. It has improved it some, but not dramatically. BTW, BestBuy was cheaper than the Ooma website, even tho Ooma was doing a sale.
