Works well. Clear audio, no delay. Set up was okay.

A great product. This is my second one. Last one lasted a long time before burning out. The basic service is all you need.

I purchased this Ooma to replace my old one which stopped working. I called the company and they configured it on their side. It works great.

Worked for two days then wouldnt connect. Trying everything to reset it but it just wouldnt connect to the WIFI.

Nobody seems to know why it won't work, I contacted Ooma. They registered this product #. Yet I pay for service and use my land line as a backup. It is the wifi one, I have Google nest in my house, still won't work. I am mad.

I bought this for my sister in Nebraska. It works good most of the time but occasionally calls get dropped.

Bought yesterday, Telo Air 2 wireless, the wireless did not work, tried 10 hours with 3 tech supports on phone. No use. Ooma could not figure what the problem was. They are sending a replacement unit. We do not know if it resolves the problem. Hope it does, keeping fingers crossed. Will update later.

Wifi setup was frustrating and required about 2 hours on my cell with customer service in the Philippines. I'm still unable to move the Telo or bump into the table without it resetting and turning itself off. Trying to resolve this with Ooma customer service now, and again it is not going well. Still, I like the concept...

I had to go buy a new switch to hard wire it in to keep it it online. I bought a telo air 2 to replace my old one who worked perfectly. The new ONE JUNK. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OOMA.

I have been on the phone with customer support at least 4 hours this week still trying to get this to connect to my WIFI router and have been unsuccessful. I don't think it's compatible with the NETGEAR routers.

Didnt get last one to work. Thought I would try again. Just punishing myself.

Very easy to install and use. I am pleased with the overall features and especially like the app that allows me to make calls and check my voicemail while on the go. The only issue is an occasional breaking up of the phone calls.

Setup was easy and will make up the cost in two months. Great way to have a second line

Reason for giving it a 2 Star is that each time there is a power or wifi interuption it takes a long time, almost an hour, for the device to reboot. Otherwise am satisfy with the overall serice on Ooma specially its customer support group. I hope Ooma will work on improving its devices.
