Like it. Simple, affordable, and bye bye cable. No more wasting money on phone service through a cable provider.

I now have a home phone for less than $5 a month. I only used a landline as backup to cellphone but paying $20-$30 a month feels like wasting money. Ooma is a great alternative. Serves the same purpose and is way less expensive to keep.

This system works excellent ! If you think you'll will lose quality, when leaving the conventional way of communicating from a land line,.Qualty is better in my opinion. My Daughter loves it !!Good by landline.

Excellent device; I highly recommend it. I had one hiccup during setup- someone else had my number- BUT Customer Service cleared the issue up in two minutes, and the system has worked error-free since.

No issues. Plug it into the router; plug in the power cord; go through the setup process and now I am paying about $7/month for home phone service.

Ooma super easy to setup. Took about 10-12 days to port over existing Phone. Very important to know exact spelling of old account name. I plan to move by home business line to their Business Ooma Box.

I recently started working from home and wanted to set up an office phone without having to contract with one of the phone services in my area because they are not cost effective for business purposes. This equipment along with its service is a great alternative. It was an easy "plug and play" set up. Features like forwarding calls to my cellphone and emailed transcripts of voicemails while I am out of the office makes this a great system.

Dead simple plug-and-play home phone service. The Ooma handsets work fantastically and imports all of your contacts from Google or your cell phone. I recommend buying both

Very clear VOIP, easy to use and much cheaper option than a traditional landline! One thing that could be improved is signal range...I have a dead spot at the other side of my house....have to re-locate the unit more centrally to mitigate...

if you wire it up with your modem going directly to the ooma, it will have a better connection. i found when i wire ooma to the router it has more noise. but if you wire your internet through the ooma, you are stuck at 100 megs for your internet. since i have less than that, it doesnt matter to me. but it may to you. im still in a trial of premier but i dont find any of the features useful to me. i do like paying 7 bucks a month for a line that cost me a lot more before with the cable company but i have to admit, if you insist on perfect quality all the time you wont be happy here. i dont do much talking on the ooma though so i feel im getting what i pay for.
