    This item made all the difference in my pizza launches. Just coat with a bit of flour, assemble pizza on the peel and easily slide it into your oven!

    Excellent quality. There are no splinters, so it's easy to run your hand over it with flour before placing your dough on the paddle. The pizzas slide on and off easily.

    Quality piece. Great for prepping the pizza’s and getting them INTO the ooni pizza oven. I purchased multiple so that I can operate on multiple pizzas prior to launching them in the oven.

    I bought one of those gas grill top pizza ovens when I returned from my stay in Australia last winter because my host had one. This paddle does the trick. You just sprinkle some pollenta on it, place the pizza shell on it, add your toppings and pop it in the oven for great pizza.

    Bought the12” portable ooni pizza oven bundle this past summer. My family loves the pizzas so much I bought 2 more as Xmas gifts. Fast , fun and most of all sooo good !

    Great looking peel. Dough doesn't stick if i give it a coating of semolina and don't let the dough sit on the peel for long. Fits fine with a 12" Ooni for loading the pizza, but you'll need a turning peel or large spatula to rotate the pizza. Makes for a nice resting spot for the cooked pizza, but I wouldn't use it as a cutting board, in order to keep the peel smooth for loading pizzas.

    it's a wood pizza peel. Seems well made for a piece of shaped wood. The scraping edge is very important in a pizza peel, and the wood just didn't hold up well long term. I went wood because the metal one was much more expensive, but now I'm going to have to replace it soon due to burnt and broken edge. Spend the extra and get the metal one.

    Stick. Overall, Very nice. Doesnt really get dirty. Packaging was subpar but its a weird thing to ship
