This part was necessary to convert my Ooni pizza oven to gas burning. Using this is wildly more convenient than the wood burning mode when you want to be able maintain a specific cooking temperature.

Easy to install, built-in igniter works every time, lets my Karu 12" Ooni heat up to max temp much faster with propane instead of with wood chips. Plus no waiting to clean out ashes and/or reload chips in between making additional pizzas. The only thing that would make it better would be if it also let you fuel it with natural gas, but you have to have one of the 16" models for that feature.

Really prefer this over dealing with messy wood or coal fuel. Took all of 2 minutes to install and get working . Would recommend!

Excellent product that allows you to convert the ooni in a gas operated pizza oven. I will recommend it to anyone with this type of ooni.

While I love the taste of a wood fired pizza, the temperature can be hard to keep consistent during a multi pizza cook. This solves that problem.

Chose to use propane over wood so this was necessary. Easy to attach and use.

Have tried a dozen times and it is very difficult to get the heat to be even. Pizza gets easily burned and lowering the temperature just turns the flame off.

The gas burner worked well with the Ooni pizza oven, though I thought it was a bit spendy
