Hoping it doesn't crack over time (the hose seems permanently kinked) - though this is from the manufacturer, not Best Buy.

Not always you have time or want to wood fire your Pizza oven. I tried it already and it works beautifully well.

With this you may lose a little flavor from the char but the cook is just as great and you can never beat the easy temperature control with this unit.
