    Only used it twice so far because it's so cold out right now! But so far it's pretty great! I'm a little disappointed at the variation in the temperature gauge - it's just "low" or "high" - not exact AT ALL. The instructions recommend buying an infrared thermometer - which is fine. But it shouldn't be REQUIRED to get good pizza! We did our first batch without one, because we didn't realize it would be so necessary. Of course, the oven was way too hot, & our pizza was raw on the inside! Lesson learned! I'm excited to really get comfortable with this machine!

    Not as easy as you might think it is to use. Extremely hot, extremely fast. Getting the dough perfect and not sticking to the peel... sticking to the stone... blackening in 30 seconds.... have wasted a ton of money on the best ingredients, 00 flour from Italy, the works, but I could've saved by hiring a private chef to come make me pizzas. Live & learn. Expensive toy. Expensive lesson.
