Very disappointed - Brush head too big

I had to stop using it after just 2 weeks. The brush head was way too big for my mouth and actually gave me sores in my mouth and because of the large brush head it is very messy toothpaste and saliva get all over. I looked to see if they have a smaller brush head, but they do not.

Great Toothbrush Brush Heads Expensive

Brush heads are expensive and show a lot of wear if used regularly(2-3 times a day) Overall a good toothbrush otherwise. Need to lower price on brush heads. Might upgrade review later

flawed but decent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like that it captures and reports metrics but there is something odd with how it is scoring completeness of tooth brushing and I've never see it come in in 2 minutes or less even when I know I've covered every tooth. I think it's over using a timer based best guess system and cannot really tell which tooth you are brushing and when -- faking out users. The "smart" functionality is missing from how it's evaluating brushing.

Not reliable

I contacted Oral B about the problem and they had me jump through a bunch of hoops as with sending pics of the serial number. I provided everything and they left me high and dry. This toothbrush was very expensive and Oral-B doesn’t care about its customers. I don’t recommend unless you want to overpay for a short term cleaning experience.
