It’s a great toothbrush you can’t go wrong with it. Probably, the only reason why I don’t like it as much is since, you if you touch the button below the power it you end up not only in a different brush but also, in another language. Lol.

This toothbrush is one the Jetsons would use! Oral B app is what really makes it fun and interesting to use. Allows you to keep track of previous sessions, scores, enabling you to compete with yourself.

Times change, and I have advanced with Braun. This one has all the bells and whistles. The brush heads on this one really take care of business. You just adjust the motor to your cleaning strength.

I have used this religiously since I got it and it has changed my smile to much.

I carry a great deal about my dental hygiene, and my dentist strongly recommended that I invest in an electric toothbrush. I just like getting achievements for brushing my teeth.

The little piston mechanism that makes the bristles vibrate/move in the brush-head fas come loose. The result is less than ideal performance, VERY loud tooth-brushing, and having to use tweezers to remove it from the brush head and put it back into the motor portion after every brushing. I'll honestly never buy another Oral-B product after this. I haven't even had the thing over a year yet.

The product is good but the Service of BestBuy was terrible. I gave it 2 stars so you can read what is written below We went for the curb side pick-up at Reston, VA location. A store person was called and he said he will bring the item outside, it was 5:42 pm and the store closes at 6:30 pm. Stood outside for 45 minutes, no one showed up or picked up our call and we finally had to leave just to return the next day and pick-up the item. I understand it's not easy to become AMAZON but i am sure one can learn a trick or two. Next time you are forcing us to buy from AMAZON as these are not BestBuy exclusive products.

The only way to fully benefit from this brush is to watch the app at the same time as brushing your teeth. the toothbrush still works without the app, but the benefits are from the app.
