After using it for about a year and a half, it started to act wonky. I would fully charge it, and after one use it would either turn off on its own, or display that there's no charge. I rinse it off with water and dry it every time it's used. I returned it and got another one (protection plan), and the same issue is occurring after a year and a half of use. I don't use half of the features on the app, so I might just downgrade to a cheaper oral b io toothbrush. i love the rotating brush which is why i want to stick to oral b.

After two week stop charging

The toothbrush cleaned really well my teeth but the battery dies really quick. I followed all the instructions, I fully charged the device the first time. I'm glad I still on the period time to return it to the store because it is very expensive for a toothbrush. Don't waste your money
