Many appreciate the long battery life, useful app, convenient travel case, and helpful pressure sensor. However, some customers find the price to be high, and others have noted that the brush heads are different from the older Oral-B design.

Messy, only worked 7 months, bad CS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had earlier oral-b elecric brushes and they lasted 10 years with minor loss in battery fade. Was excitef to upgrade to this series 9, at $300. Was thrilled, but quicky learned that needed to brush directly over sink or it would spray and drip toothpaste eveywhere. I was adjusting. Then 5 months in, it would die after 20 seconds (battery said 96% when started). I thought it was a fluke. Then it happened every time. I called oral b, they said if i mail it in, they can try to service it. I’d be without a toothbrush for 6 weeks. They dont just send out a replacement. They dont trust you that the product is defective. They dont trust youll send it back. They offered send me a manual $5 toothbrush to use temporarily. The toothbrush is a lemon. Many others have same issue with this model. Oral-b doesnt offer to replace. I would avoid this model. Im still looking for a replacement but scared to buy another high end oral-b product.

stupid brush head design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's a really bad design that the brush head comes with a hole or even two. water and toothpaste trapped in the head becomes black filthy suff over time. Seriously why Oral-B does this? for better sale of heads? pushing customers to Philip?
