The toothbrush and real-time app work well for me. However, if you need to pause the brushing momentarily around the two-minute mark, the app ends your brushing. The other option if you need to pause momentarily is to take the active toothbrush out of your mouth, but then toothpaste goes everywhere. An additional area that could be improved would be better onboarding with an explanation of how to move to different modes. That being said, the small improvements that are needed would not stop me from recommending the item.

This toothbrush is easy to use but it's software is lacking. After multiple updates, the app is still buggy when brushing. For the price that I paid, I expected better.

Amazing product , more useful with oral b app which is easy to use and to keep track of your progress which you could also share if you have a dentist .

Great device. Have not felt my teeth cleaner with the traditional tooth brush. Highly recommend especially for those who tend to have build up between dental cleaning. App a bit buggy but confident it will improve.

Oral B IO Series 9 is an excellent electric toothbrush. It gets my teeth really clean. Note: The toothbrush is on the expensive side. If you do not want to pay $250 -$300 price range then get the IO Series 7 or 8. It's the same toothbrush as series 9 minus gadgets (i.e. color screen, 3D app that maps your teeth as you brush and chargeable carrying case). I am just a gadget guy. ☺
