Customers recognize the iO Series 9 Connected Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush for its exceptional cleaning capabilities, overall performance, and ease of use. Many appreciate the long battery life, useful app, convenient travel case, and helpful pressure sensor. However, some customers find the price to be high, and others have noted that the brush heads are different from the older Oral-B design.

Bought for my wife. She fell in love with it the first day. Cleans great, lots of cool features. Might just pay for itself if it saves you some cavities

The product itself is awesome. But Best Buy is where the issue occurred. I originally purchased the rose color for my wife but somehow it never arrived and got canceled the day it was supposed to ship. Reached out to a Best Buy rep and was given no help or explanation, just repeated the same thing over and over via chat. So I was forced to repurchase it in white.

Right up front the basic brushing is great, but this is supposed to be a premium device that goes beyond basic brushing and this is where it misses.
First off, the brush has no memory to upload your brushing coverage to the smart app after the fact. Who wants to have to always use your phone and brush together to gain those insights? Maybe my phone is charging elsewhere... maybe I'm using my brush in the shower. So the feature wasn't really thought through for the price point and really offers very little benefit given the limitations.
Additionally, the travel case should support USB charging to eliminate the need to carry a separate charger.
These may seem like small details, but that is what should distinguish a premium device from the entry level.

Shocked that a $300 tooth brush would have a travel case with a propriety charging cable. So... going somewhere? Well... don't forget that cable.
What a stupid thing for them to do. USB-C or it's not worth it...

Seems ok so far. Trying to figure out why it’s $300. Had a lot of points so didn’t pay that otherwise not sure how I’d feel. Seems to clean nicely just downloaded the app so will see if that’s of any help.
