But Best Buy is where the issue occurred. I originally purchased the rose color for my wife but somehow it never arrived and got canceled the day it was supposed to ship. Reached out to a Best Buy rep and was given no help or explanation, just repeated the same thing over and over via chat. So I was forced to repurchase it in white.

Good but not good enough for the price

First off, the brush has no memory to upload your brushing coverage to the smart app after the fact. Who wants to have to always use your phone and brush together to gain those insights? Maybe my phone is charging elsewhere... maybe I'm using my brush in the shower. So the feature wasn't really thought through for the price point and really offers very little benefit given the limitations. Additionally, the travel case should support USB charging to eliminate the need to carry a separate charger. These may seem like small details, but that is what should distinguish a premium device from the entry level.

So... going somewhere? Well... don't forget that cable. What a stupid thing for them to do. USB-C or it's not worth it...
