Great solid build product. Works and does as intended. I'd highly recommend to anyone interested.

Right up front the basic brushing is great, but this is supposed to be a premium device that goes beyond basic brushing and this is where it misses. First off, the brush has no memory to upload your brushing coverage to the smart app after the fact. Who wants to have to always use your phone and brush together to gain those insights? Maybe my phone is charging elsewhere... maybe I'm using my brush in the shower. So the feature wasn't really thought through for the price point and really offers very little benefit given the limitations. Additionally, the travel case should support USB charging to eliminate the need to carry a separate charger. These may seem like small details, but that is what should distinguish a premium device from the entry level.

This is not as good as previous models and broke within a couple months. The heads are extremely hard to get also

Shocked that a $300 tooth brush would have a travel case with a propriety charging cable. So... going somewhere? Well... don't forget that cable. What a stupid thing for them to do. USB-C or it's not worth it...

Seems ok so far. Trying to figure out why it’s $300. Had a lot of points so didn’t pay that otherwise not sure how I’d feel. Seems to clean nicely just downloaded the app so will see if that’s of any help.

I loved the toothbrush. Much quieter and smoother. The problem was after a couple of weeks, there was a blue stripe right down the middle of the little screen and I couldn’t get it to go away so I returned it.

Excellent toothbrush. Also have a Sonic Care 9700. This brush is better in every way. The app used to guide you when you brush your teeth is better as well. The only negative I have about the brush is the batter life. Battery last about a week and they say it’s supposed to last 14 days which is why I gave it 4 starts. Watched a few reviews about this brush and they say the same thing about the battery life.

It dies while not in use in the case. Toothpaste does build up in the body of the brush

I was about the hype on this item I would rather have bought en a cheaper electric toothbrush. The sensor is wack. You brush your teeth and on the app it shows that your not brushing at all

Not worth the $299 for a product that only lasted 18 months. Enjoyed the connection with the app and my Apple Health. It worked great until it didn’t work at all. Very disappointed.

Not really impressed with this. Didn’t come with much info inside the box, not sure if I got one that was returned or not. Had to search online what to do and what the brush head symbols meant. Still not 100% sure. Just a little frustrating.

I had to replace a previous model which simply stopped working on the morning before a long business trip. I bought the top of the line “iO” (don’t let the branding design persuade you) it is a bit less noisy and frankly I like the job it does. However they built a very sloppy device. The carry case does not fit the device, once closed the case is difficult to open and the device is to big to fit in the case. It nearly fits but keeps the cover from closing making charging on travel require you to jam the case. Yes I have tried every position and it simply does not fit. Sign of crappy workmanship. The case is made of the cheapest possible material so as a traveling worker, its not a happy result. The brushes are a new design so I gave away several extras I had on hand; they were not cheap either. It comes with four brush heads, which fit fairly well but not as with the earlier models, As a clean freak, its irritating, because you have o clean out the connection where the brush head fits on the device every time as it weeps water after use when standing vertically on the home charger base. Also it is not locked or magnetized to the base therefore it needs secure space on your crowded sink area or it gets knocked off and does not charge. Final assessment: Bye Bye Oral B. Thanks P&G!

I'm amazed, this is an electric toothbrush with a great design and quite useful functions. I have to say that despite the price that seems to be high, it is really worth it if it is about taking care of your teeth. I think dental health is priceless and being willing to invest in it, this electric toothbrush is an excellent choice. I will not address many technical specifications that we have the technical sheet for, so I will say what in my experience I found. I have not seen so many functions in a single device of this type, which with the help of the app, which by the way is great too, offers a very precise cleaning quality. The app guides you and even teaches you how to improve the brushing of your teeth, as well as showing results in real-time thanks to the Bluetooth connection it has. I think that reading the user guide and good use of the app, you can have quite satisfactory results. In addition to all the functions and brushing modalities that it has, its screen is the perfect complement to a device as efficient as this one. You can select from language, LED light color, brushing mode, etc. Despite the fact that the screen is in color and it could seem that it would affect the battery consumption, this electric toothbrush has a long-lasting battery that with a charge of approximately 3 hours, could be used for weeks. The portable travel charger is simple but with enough space and compartment not to worry about anything other than toothpaste :) The color, design, size, and texture make it, in my opinion, one of the best electric toothbrushes on the market, as I mentioned above, the price is worth it. I definitely recommend this electric toothbrush.
