DO NOT BUY this toothbrush. We have been lifelong Braun/Oral-B electric toothbrush users, and typically find they last for years and years. This toothbrush is meant to be one of the latest and greatest, however it is simply far worse in every way than simpler previous versions. It has absolutely terrible battery life for one, which makes it useless when travelling. The new brush heads are more expensive, but their design far worse. Grime and mould collects inside both the toothbrush heads and the toothbrush itself, in places which are impossible to clean. The list of complaints goes on. I think I will throw this one out and switch to Philips.

This is a great product, very expensive but pretty good for what you paid for. I have receded gums and I have seen notable changes on my them. I was not certain to purchase this item, but so far it has improved my oral health. If you are looking for this product to improve your oral health such as your gums, buy it. I took a start because it is an expensive product.

A work of art. I have used it daily since buying. It was easy to learn and the settings work out great.

The app Shows great info on how one brushes and other recommendations

This was an upgrade from a 3 that I have had for years. I didnt think there would be much of an improvement but wow what a difference. I haven’t bothered with all the features yet but this cleans and is even eaiser to use than the older models.

Teeth are extra clean. the only negative i have about this tooth brush is that in order for it to docuement how you washed yoru teeth you need to have the phone connected and next to you each wash. I wish it would just automatically connect to wifi or something and send the info to the app vs having to have the app connected to the toothbrush every monring and every night

This toothbrush has made a huge difference in how clean my teeth feel after brushing, it truly feels like I went to the dentist for a cleaning! The app works great and defiantly helps you learn how to brush better. Battery life is also great!

I used to have the oral b genius 9600 and i thought it was top of the line but when i bought this one i had no wordd for it. This thing is definitely grade A top of the line. If your pockets allow it i advice everyone to get one.

The Oral-B-iO Series is a quality product that does all it says it will do. That said, it does take some doing to get completely made aware of all of its features. Documentation is somewhat limited as the product expects the purchaser to go online to discover all of the possibilities. The toothbrush comes in various configurations which also leads to some confusion with the included information. It is rather powerful! I usually brush on a "normal" setting, but I must use the "sensitive" and my wife the "super sensitive".

Oral-B iQ series 9 toothbrush works great with the Oral-B phone app to show where you need to spend more time brushing and areas that you have spent enough time on. Quick charge, sleek design, easy to hold while brushing your teeth. The price is really high, the only drawback.

I absolutely love this new toothbrush and the app to tell my that I have fully covered all of my teeth. It has a tongue brushing session as well that is timed for 30 seconds. I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone and may get a similar one for my daughter for Christmas.

Very well manufactured, you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the end-user experience. If you're looking for the best toothbrush money can buy, this is the one. Especially excellent traveling case with a built-in charger. Tooth detection of which area in the mouth you're brushing is accurate about 70% of the time, but can be annoying when it's wrong.

One of the best options out there, really takes brushing to a new level!

To be completely honest. The first week of using this thing it is absolutely amazing. After about two or three months, you question if it was worth it. It doesn't seem as powerful anymore, and I wish the app was better. I don't think the extra modes really do anything differently. I think it should be cheaper. You can't pause it if you need to add more toothpaste which is super annoying. The lights are really confusing too after awhile you'll realize it.
