This toothbrush is easy to use but it's software is lacking. After multiple updates, the app is still buggy when brushing. For the price that I paid, I expected better.

The IO Series 9 electric toothbrush is amazing, gentle, not heavy, easy to maneuver and quality is amazing.

This might be expensive, but is is one of the best toothbrushes I've ever owned. The experience is like just coming out of the dentist office. I highly recommend this product.

First off, I just wanted to say I love this product. I feel the way it brushes does better than just about any product out there. However, the only reason I couldn't give this 5 stars (and I would give 4.5 stars if possible), is that the cost is extremely prohibitive. I would be willing to pay $199.99, but $299.99 is too much. That being said, I had $130.00 in Best Buy rewards so that made it an easy purchase. The toothbrush comes with 4 brush heads initially so that also helps (recommended replacing the brush heads is at 3 month intervals). You won't be disappointed if you do purchase this toothbrush, the value though is a bit prohibitive though.

$300 for a toothbrush?! Listen, if you value your dental health, you need an Oral-B. Maybe not this one soecificlally, but definitley of this series. Thie brush is a bit of a hassle at times because of the steps to get going if you want to brush along with the app, but it can be very enjoyable overall.

Surprisingly enjoy this. The directions in the app make it easier to see where you need to focus your brushing although unfortunately it’s not perfect.

Obviously this is a very pricey device but I've tried a few electric toothbrushes (including Oral-Bs below the iO series) and there's nothing like it. I recently lost mine on a trip and tried to make do without replacing it. But after three weeks I threw in the towel and purchased this again (actually I upgraded from the series 7 to the 9). So that's how much I value this.

My dental hygienist recommended Oral B and I’m glad I switched. I used Quip for years and this is definitely more powerful and I can tell it’s making a difference.

As others have said before, this is just an amazing toothbrush. It really does feel like you're walking out of the dentist after a cleaning every time you use it. The app is great and it does work well about 95% of the time. The active tracking sometimes goes out of sync for me but not enough to be dissatisfied with the product. Is a bit pricey, but I purchased this one for the traveling case since I'm on the road a bit and because its supposed to be top of the line. I'm sure one of the earlier series would work just fine for anybody that doesn't want to spend this much on a toothbrush.

I'm not sure if all the functions on this 9 is worth the money or not. If you brush your teeth twice and day you're not even thinking of using of different functions or even get your phone out to monitor your progress every time you're trying to just brush your teeth. Lower series can probably clean your teeth just as well. Other than that, I love it.

Oral B IO Series 9 is an excellent electric toothbrush. It gets my teeth really clean. Note: The toothbrush is on the expensive side. If you do not want to pay $250 -$300 price range then get the IO Series 7 or 8. It's the same toothbrush as series 9 minus gadgets (i.e. color screen, 3D app that maps your teeth as you brush and chargeable carrying case). I am just a gadget guy. ☺

An ellecent tooth brush in combination with its app, really shows the areas you miss and maybe dont think to brush enough. You can even charge the toothbrush theough the case which makes my travleing aspect of my job that much easier.

The OralB iO 9 is Best toothbrush I have ever used!

I recently had to brush my teeth with my opposite hand because I had surgery on my dominant wrist. Having never used an electrical tooth brush before, I never knew how much better it is. This Series 9 is simple to use with fantastic results. I love the pressure sensing light feature. The brush is quiet with minimum vibration. It allows me to know how long to brush using the proper force and provides a clean feeling that I never experienced. The app feature is a little over the top but it works well. If you can afford paying the higher price - you won't be disappointed with the product.

Awesome toothbrush, i got the earlier series of the same toothbrush 3 years ago. This one is has onvious improvements.

After almost a month of ownership, this is a very big improvement compared to the Oral B genius X. The cleaning process is very effective. The brush are a lot softer and the little display is useful to check the remaining time. Battery life is okay, about a week or so. Now the only thing that will truely matter is the lifespan of this product. These guys usually last only about 2 years so I’ll update this review in the event it changes!

This is a great product, very expensive but pretty good for what you paid for. I have receded gums and I have seen notable changes on my them. I was not certain to purchase this item, but so far it has improved my oral health. If you are looking for this product to improve your oral health such as your gums, buy it. I took a start because it is an expensive product.
