Great backup phone incase you lose yours

The phone could not lock on to a 4g LTE signal on the Sprint Network. The signal constantly went in and out, sometimes with no signal at all. After a couple of days, I switched back to my old LG K30, which gets excellent reception. It is my belief that the Orbic Wonder is not 4g LTE compatible with Sprint.

Customer has to pay for shipping to and for return even if phone is not repairable. Should have purchased a Motorola their customer service is great.

It’s listed as one of the compatible services right on the Best Buy site. But it does not work. Simple mobile says it will not work on their network. BUYER BEWARE. Orbic customer service is non existent. They want me to download an app to make a simple phone call. Utter nonsense.
