Original chair was damaged. (Not a fun find after assembly.)
Best Buy walked me through disassembly of the lift mechanism so UPS could pick up the box.
Received replacement without issue. Bonus, I’d already assembled one so assembly was seamless.
Favorite features: color and flip up arms
Least favorite: quality is not commensurate with price point

Overall, its a great chair for the price. Its gives good back support and comfortable cushion. I would recommend replacing the wheel to a roller blade caster when using on hard wood floor.

Fabulous chair. My wife has used hers for a couple months, and now I'm ordering one for myself. It has lower back support. It's comfortable. The headrest is removable. You can cross your legs (I won't, but she required that).
