Don’t buy it. It’s a very cheap category. First month I loved it, but then it started degrading. Cushions stated flattening from one side and the inner cottons are going other sides, now it started giving back neck pain etc. I regret purchasing this.

Very easy to put together. Upset they showed pictures of the gray and mine is much more lighter than shown . I wanted a darker one as it was shown being I have a 2 year old . A little smaller than expected . I need to order another one and they hiked the price almost 300$ which the couch definitely is not worth that

This couch is not worth it’s price, this couch is suitable for a studio apartment would not recommend for 1+ bedrooms homes Did not take a long time to assemble but had lumps and dips in the cushion / have to break them in

We love the couch with a little bit on the smaller side but it’s perfect if you have chairs or recliner is well in your living room. The color is perfect and it’s a comfy couch over all. Assembly was straightforward and easy to do took maybe 30 minutes

Love it! Would recommend!! Its a little firm right now but i know itll loosen up over time. Either way its crazy comfortable!

Good for a small apartment a little to firm for my taste sits about 3 sectional part a bit small good for someone under 5,8 easy to put together

Very unhappy order on the 11/13/2023 was to be delivered 11/28/2023 gave wrong tracking number now they say maybe 12/01/2023 very disappointed customer when I pay it off will cut up card never buy anything at Best Buy again glenn

We really love this sofa. The only problem is we can't find couch cover's to fit.

Defective from mfr.--no holes were drilled in base for legs. Boxes were torn in spots during delivery. Return process pain in the butt.

Took three weeks to get two out of the three boxes this sofa comes in! I was told it would be another three weeks to get the third box! And when you call 1888 best buy your calling another country! If i ever get the sofa from best buy, It will be the last thing i ever buy from them!

Loved the sofas but they were smaller then I expected I thought they were going to be much more bigger

Coloring is a bit darker and it’s not a comfortable couch at all. Very stiff and small.Wouldn’t have purchased if would’ve seen in person. Made a mistake by purchasing online without really knowing what I was getting.

Easy to put together. But there isn’t enough support and cushions sink in. I had to add pillows under seat cushions

Many reviewers stated the cushions for this sofa are firm but "comfortable", but i just say they're hard. I thought it would hold up nicely to my 4 yr old jumping and would last but already after a month, i noticed the fabric is starting to pull away from the zipper on the chaise cushion. I will say the color is true to the pictures online and shipping was fairly quick. This sofa ships in 3 boxes, so I received all the boxes over the span of 4-5 days.

Its not a bad couch. I set on the end my dogs pile on the rest of the available space. They love it and that's all that mattered to me.
