The crumb tray on each side is convenient to remove and clean the toaster. I wish the cord were centrally located on the back side rather than coming out of the back-right corner ... but I can live with that minor design flaw.

Has very even toasting on both sides of the bread. Cool to the touch plastic wraps the outside of the toaster, unlike our old toaster with metal outer “skin.”
