It has lasted but my only complaint is that the food tends to blend at the bottom and I need to add more liquid than I should to be able to blend everything in the jar.

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to share your review! I understand where you're coming from, and I'd like to share some additional information which may help you. For best blending results, we recommend that there be at least 1 cup of liquid in the jar when blending. For optimal performance, place the desired ingredients in the blender jar according to the following order: liquids, fresh ingredients, frozen fruit, yogurt and ice cream. Also be sure to leave the frozen fruits/vegetables out to soften for a few minutes before adding to jar. Although the blender has an ice crushing blade, frozen fruits and vegetables are harder than ice and that is why we recommend letting them thaw slightly before adding.
