Kindly unplug and replug the cord after 3 minutes. Make sure that you plug this into a working outlet. Try to disassemble the parts and put them back together, making sure all parts are seated in properly.
Your blender has a 3 year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

Too small

Retro Blenders are better

Water damage

(The shipping box was undamaged.) It should have never been shipped to me in such a poor condition. Best Buy is being terrible in regards to exchanging the blender.

Deceiving

For those unfamiliar with nickel, it’s a carcinogen metal . The lid is designed so poorly it looks like I just printed it myself in my neighbor’s basement.Extremely cheaply made. It might get the job done, but is that all you care about? Think twice.

Worst blender I've owned.

It absolutely DOES NOT blend anything chunky. You wouldn't be able to make thick milkshakes or smoothies of any kind. Do not waste your money.

• Cut all firm fruits and vegetables, cooked meats, fish and seafood into pieces no larger than 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) to 1 inch (2.5 cm). Cut all kinds of cheeses into pieces no larger than 3/4 inch (1.9 cm).
• This Blender will not mash potatoes, whip egg whites or substitute dairy toppings, mix stiff dough or grind raw meat.

worst purchase, money wasted.

Not even once have I been able to use this blender without a problem. A frustrating and cumbersome experience every time. The jar never fits properly; it leaks from underneath.

The top is very easy to come of while using because it doesn't snap in place. It's not snug so as should as I started using it I had to grab the top because it would have popped off and made a real mess.

Not so great blender

AWFUL!

Complete waste of money
