Not good quality - Poor juicer

I used it to make carrot juice in mid July 2023 and it started smoking after 2 carrots and stopped working. Very disappointed!

Terrible. Do not buy.

Returned and got a new one and the same thing happened. It’s terrible and is not worth purchasing. Find a different juicer this one sucks

If your juicer is not working, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the juicer. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the juicer's performance. Also, make sure that all parts and accessories are properly inserted. Otherwise, it might cause the product not to work properly. Your juicer has a year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!
Dead after a year - waste of money

Literally worked one year to the date, and used probably only 10 times max then it was done. No warranty info available with BestBuy and Oster wouldn’t cover.

It no longer powers up when I try to use it. I took it apart and reassembled to make sure nothing was damaged or stuck and still doesn’t work

powerful juicer with self-cleaning

I know with juicing comes all the cleaning and the time it takes. This is a great juicer with sleek design and is easy to use. The juicer comes with 1000-watt dual speed motor that can extract juice easily. I really like the self-cleaning button, it is very handy in cleaning and rinsing out the juicer without removing the parts for washing although it is not hard to disassemble and do a handwash or use in a dishwasher. One thing to keep in mind is that this is no compact juicer. I couldn't fit it in my shelf space, had to make room on the kitchen counter. I am planning to juice more and try different fruit and vegetable combination, but overall I am happy with this.

Too fast

We recommend reassembling the juice extractor and follow the assembling instructions listed on the manual before using your Oster® Juice Extractor. You may have selected the speed that could cause the speed to be very fast. Use “I” for soft foods or “II” for tougher foods. In order to extract the maximum amount of juice, it is important to push the food pusher slowly.
