Overall bad design, pay more Belkin much better.

I found it to be just the right size. The grip of the magnet for magsafe was by far sufficient would rate 10/10

Be prepared--you will need to use a USB-C to A connector to plug in your watch. And you will need to use the charger that came with your watch. Once you have that done the charger works like a champ. Solid and reliable.

You’re better off sticking to the cable charger, it charges the phone at regular speed but is useless in charging the AirPods and it just has an area that holds the charger for your Apple Watch, the device itself doesn’t charge the watch

I was very excited to buy this 3-in-1 charging station to deal with my wire clutter. Unfortunately, the magnet is very weak and my iPhone slips right off. If I remove the case, the iPhone sticks well to the magnet, but I don't want to have to remove my case every time I want to charge my phone. I would expect this charging station to work with any case that is MagSafe. I tried my friends Belkin charging station and it worked as advertised. Otterbox, you put out good products but I am sad to say this is not one of them. Very disappointed.

Is the case you're currently using one that was specifically made for use with Apple's MagSafe ecosystem? If it doesn't have any magnetic components itself then it won't be able to help facilitate a "locking" connection to such an accessory.
