Sturdy and strong. Excellent fit for my iPhone 11. Perfect for drops.

It does it's job to protect your phone. The Commuter isn't as roughed as original Otterbox case as this is the second one which broke/ failed from normal daily use.

Commuter is simple and sleek. It protects the critical areas of the phone without interfering with use in pockets, holders, and accessories. Since Otterbox discontinued their line of charging cases, I am more than happy with the Commuter.

It serves its purpose to protect the phone and feels quite secure. It is thick case with nice material and color. Some people can feel it is bulky. However the back is quite slippery and if I lean it up against something the phone will generally slide off. A few times that almost caused the phone to fall onto the floor. The grippy portion comes from the inside layer which is some sort of rubbery plastic. It’s nice that the rubber grip peaks through in the back of the case but it is a very small area. All the holes line up nicely and buttons are easy to press or switch (silent mode). What can get a bit irritating is the protector for the charging port. I have to wrestle with it every time I want to charge and having to do that at least once a day is getting a bit tiring.

All of my otter box items are worth it BUT the outer layer does loosens up after a while.

My IPhone XR cover split, so I went to Best Buy for a new one. I am very pleased with my new Otterbox purchase. It looks great on my phone and is rugged enough to handle the day to day usage. Otterbox covers are top of the line to protect your phone. This is a good choice for anyone wanting the best protection for their phone.

The best! I dropped my phone so many times accidentally, so far nothing happened to my phone only glass screen protector sometimes cracked little, but not recommend you purposely try it though.

This is the second otterbox commuter I've owned. Last one was for a 6s. Had it for years with zero damage to the phone despite dropping a few times. New one fits great and I expect the same protection.

Nice tight case that slips easily into a pocket. Buy the screen protector and you have full coverage from drops. Not water proof, but does a great job protecting your investment.

I have used Otterbox covers for my devices for years. They have protected them from many falls. Based on the fit and quality materials used in this case I expect no less from this one.

The Otterbox commuter series case is a great case to protect your smart phone. It isn’t bulky at all. I love it!
